Branden D. Jung, Esq. is a highly skilled and versatile attorney based in Las Vegas, Nevada with nearly a decade of litigation and dispute resolution experience. Mr. Jung has extensive experience representing businesses and individuals in a wide variety of matters, including complex business and transaction disputes, contract litigation, real estate matters, labor and employment, bankruptcy and receiverships, intellectual property matters, and insurance defense and coverage matters. Mr. Jung also represents clients in breach of warranty and product liability actions, and he is uniquely knowledgeable of Nevada Lemon Law, the federal Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act, and breach of warranty claims under Nevada’s Uniform Commercial Code. Mr. Jung’s well-rounded experience enables him to examine cases comprehensively from multiple legal angles and across a broad spectrum of legal challenges.

Mr. Jung represents clients across diverse industries, including healthcare, real estate, insurance, automotive, finance, manufacturing, technology, retail, and hospitality. Mr. Jung has built a reputation for representing clients cost-effectively in complex matters across numerous legal fields and works rigorously to achieve favorable results for his clients. In addition to his litigation accomplishments, Mr. Jung is a seasoned settlement negotiator and is skilled at obtaining favorable and prompt resolutions for his clients.

Mr. Jung is exceptionally well-versed in insurance defense and coverage matters. Mr. Jung has litigated numerous general and professional liability cases (including defending hospitals, physician groups, and individual healthcare providers against medical malpractice claims), bad faith actions, Special Investigations Unit (SIU) and insurance fraud investigation matters, coverage disputes, and indemnity and contribution claims. Mr. Jung also has an extensive background advising clients regarding Nevada bad faith statutes, regulations, and common law rules, SIU investigations, examinations under oath, insurance coverage and settlement obligations, and rights and duties under insurance policy agreements.

In addition, Mr. Jung has substantial experience defending clients against high-exposure personal injury claims, including catastrophic injury, traumatic brain injury (TBI), and wrongful death actions. Mr. Jung strategically navigates his cases to minimize his clients’ exposure and obtain financially favorable resolutions and outcomes. Mr. Jung has successfully won on multiple motions for summary judgment and motions to dismiss in wrongful death actions, securing dismissals for clients in actions with potential multi-million-dollar exposure.

In addition to Mr. Jung’s litigation experience, Mr. Jung also provides transactional services to clients. Mr. Jung previously practiced mergers and acquisition law for a middle-market investment bank with an emphasis on healthcare entity transactions. Mr. Jung drafts and advises clients on a variety of contracts and other transactional documents, including commercial contracts, lease agreements, employment agreements, purchase and sale agreements, and corporate policies and procedures. Mr. Jung’s blended litigation and transactional background allows him to offer clients holistic legal solutions, enabling him to foresee litigation ramifications in transactional scenarios and vice versa.

Mr. Jung proudly grew up in Nevada and has deep roots in the state. Mr. Jung graduated in the top 5% of his class at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (“UNLV”)—William S. Boyd School of Law, graduating magna cum laude. During law school, he earned multiple CALI awards for achieving the highest grades in his classes in Transactional Drafting, Judicial Writing, Public Health Law, and Educational Law Clinic. Mr. Jung has a passion for business, finance, and economics and also earned a Masters degree in economics at UNLV. Mr. Jung’s studies and passion for business have helped him develop a strong business and finance acumen, enabling him to speak the “language of business” with clients, rather than simply pure “legalese.”
