Branden D. Jung, Esq. is a highly skilled and versatile attorney based in Las Vegas, Nevada with nearly a decade of litigation and dispute resolution experience. Mr. Jung is exceptionally well-versed in insurance defense and coverage matters. Mr. Jung has litigated numerous general and professional liability cases (including defending hospitals, physician groups, and individual healthcare providers against medical malpractice claims), bad faith actions, Special Investigations Unit (SIU) and insurance fraud investigation matters, coverage disputes, and indemnity and contribution claims. Mr. Jung also has an extensive background advising clients regarding Nevada bad faith statutes, regulations, and common law rules, SIU investigations, examinations under oath, insurance coverage and settlement obligations, and rights and duties under insurance policy agreements.
In addition, Mr. Jung has substantial experience defending clients against high-exposure personal injury claims, including catastrophic injury, traumatic brain injury (TBI), and wrongful death actions. Mr. Jung previously practiced mergers and acquisition law for a middle-market investment bank with an emphasis on healthcare entity transactions. Mr. Jung proudly grew up in Nevada and has deep roots in the state. Mr. Jung graduated in the top 5% of his class at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (“UNLV”)—William S. During law school, he earned multiple CALI awards for achieving the highest grades in his classes in Transactional Drafting, Judicial Writing, Public Health Law, and Educational Law Clinic. Mr. Jung has a passion for business, finance, and economics and also earned a Masters degree in economics at UNLV.
