Background & Experience

Clay has represented clients in matters involving real estate transactions, land development, title disputes, commercial claims, and litigation. He has argued before the Nevada Supreme Court and has served as counsel in published Nevada Supreme Court opinions, including matters arising from both appeals and writ proceedings. His background includes substantial experience advising individuals, businesses, landowners, and developers on both transactional and litigation matters.

A former Churchill County School Board member and Board President, Clay brings both legal experience and practical knowledge of Nevada communities, land use, business operations, and public-sector decision-making. His approach is direct, strategic, and focused on helping clients solve problems with clarity and purpose.

Outside of his legal practice, Clay’s life has long centered around family, horses, and rodeo. He has five children, all of whom were involved in rodeo, and the sport remains both a family passion and a meaningful part of his connection to rural Nevada life.
