Donna DiMaggio is a seasoned commercial litigator with more than two decades of experience. She regularly represents clients in matters pending in state and federal courts as well as administrative agencies. Donna provides her clients with the insight they need to make informed business decisions—whether negotiating multi-million-dollar contracts or navigating complex litigation. She is an unyielding advocate, always protecting her clients’ interests.

Donna represents a broad range of industry stakeholders, spanning local, national, and international markets and encompassing both private and public entities. In her construction law practice, she represents general contractors, subcontractors, owners, developers, and design professionals and covers the full project lifecycle, including licensing, bidding and contract negotiation through claim preparation, mechanic’s liens, and resolution, whether through mediation, arbitration, or litigation.

In addition to construction matters, Donna maintains a robust general commercial litigation practice. She handles partnership disputes, contract issues, and other business-related conflicts, while also advising on transactional matters such as contract review, asset purchases and sales, and other strategic business decisions. Her real estate work includes representing property owners in connection with drafting and negotiating commercial leases and eviction proceedings.

Complementing her litigation experience, Donna has held key leadership roles, including serving as Chief Compliance Officer for the largest HVAC and plumbing company in the Southwest and as Director of Legal Operations for a tech-driven property management start-up.
