Background & Experience

Audrey Damonte counsels clients on a full range of commercial and transactional matters, including entity formation, business counseling, contracts, asset purchases and sales, real estate transactions, title issues, vendor agreements, tax audits, and joint ventures. Audrey also advises on real property, time share matters and associations, water law, and administrative law issues, including licensing for gaming establishments, lending, and debt collection agencies. She has represented clients in litigation including disputes involving trusts, wills, probates, contracts, real property, water rights, title issues and other matters.

Audrey also has extensive experience in estate planning and administration including handling probate matters throughout the state of Nevada. She is well-versed in complex estate issues involving various forms of trusts, wills, and intestate succession. Audrey has deep experience in government relations – especially legislative and regulatory affairs – having worked in multiple jurisdictions in the drafting, education, consideration and passage of key legislation. She has provided government relations counsel to clients on gaming regulations and campaign finance, and she is a registered lobbyist in several jurisdictions.
