“Technology, social media, and virtual and mobile environments move information instantly. In this fast-paced culture, protecting intellectual property assets and information is more complex and challenging every day. IP lawyers like me must understand and manage these technologies and environments,—as well as the proprietary information of our clients—if we are to devise strategies which adequately protect our clients’ brands and IP assets.”
